Rates, Insurance & Payment Information
Private Pay Rates
Our standard private-pay rates are:
Initial Intake Assessment: $150
30-Minute Session: Starting at $75
45-Minute Session: Starting at $100
60-Minute Session: Starting at $125
Reduced private-pay package pricing may be available for select services and prepaid bundles.
Some specialty services, workshops, groups, or assessments may have separate pricing structures. Please contact our office for additional information or a full fee schedule.
Insurance
Encompass Behavioral Group accepts many commercial insurance plans, Indiana Medicaid plans, Medicare, and select Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). Insurance participation may vary by clinician, service type, and assessment services.
Because insurance coverage and benefits can vary greatly by plan, we strongly encourage clients to contact their insurance provider directly to verify eligibility, mental health coverage, copays, deductibles, authorization requirements, telehealth coverage, and any limitations related to services or assessments.
Helpful questions to ask your insurance provider may include:
Does my plan include outpatient mental health benefits?
What is my copay or coinsurance responsibility?
Have I met my deductible?
Do I need prior authorization or a referral?
Are telehealth services covered?
Are ADHD assessments covered under my plan?
Are there limits to the number of sessions covered?
Coverage and payment cannot be guaranteed until claims are processed by your insurance company.

Payment
We accept:

HSA/FSA cards
Major credit and debit cards
Payment is expected at the time services are provided unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
