Autism & Neurodivergent Support
Are you noticing that your child struggles socially, becomes overwhelmed easily, prefers routines, experiences sensory sensitivities, or has difficulty expressing emotions or connecting with others?
Have you or a loved one wondered about being neurodivergent and are looking for understanding, support, and practical tools for everyday life?
At Encompass Behavioral Group, we provide supportive and neurodiversity-affirming therapy services for children, teens, and adults, including individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, sensory differences, social challenges, anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, and related concerns.
Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients can better understand themselves, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop coping strategies that support everyday life.
We understand that neurodivergence looks different for every person. Some individuals may struggle with social interaction, emotional regulation, transitions, sensory sensitivities, communication, executive functioning, or feeling misunderstood by others. Others may experience anxiety, burnout, masking, low self-esteem, or difficulty navigating school, work, friendships, or family relationships.
Our approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and affirming of each individual’s unique experiences, abilities, interests, and needs. Therapy may focus on:
Emotional support and self-understanding
Anxiety and stress management
Emotional regulation and coping skills
Self-esteem and confidence
Communication and social connection
Executive functioning and daily routines
Relationship and family support
Caregiver guidance and collaboration
Navigating school, work, or life transitions
While we do not currently provide formal autism diagnostic evaluations, we are happy to support individuals and families through therapy services and can help connect families with appropriate providers for diagnostic assessment when needed.
We believe neurodivergent individuals deserve spaces where they feel accepted, understood, and supported as they are.
You and your family do not have to navigate these challenges alone. We are here to provide support, encouragement, and compassionate care while helping you find your way.
