Group Therapy & Support Groups
Do you ever feel like you are carrying everything alone?
Have you wished you had a safe space to connect with people who genuinely understand what you are going through?
Many people struggle silently with stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, grief, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, or simply feeling disconnected from others. Group therapy and support groups can offer a sense of connection, encouragement, and community while helping you build practical tools for everyday life.
At Encompass, we believe healing often happens in connection with others. While individual therapy can be incredibly valuable, there is also something powerful about realizing you are not the only one struggling.
Our groups are designed to provide a supportive, respectful, and judgment-free environment where participants can learn, grow, and feel understood. Some groups are therapy-focused and led by licensed clinicians, while others may focus more on wellness, education, mindfulness, skill-building, or community connection.
Depending on the group, participants may:
Learn coping skills and practical strategies
Explore patterns in relationships, stress, or emotions
Build confidence and self-awareness
Practice communication and boundary-setting
Gain support from others with shared experiences
Feel less isolated and more connected
Develop healthier habits and routines
Experience encouragement, accountability, and community
Group support can be especially helpful if:
You feel alone in what you are experiencing
You tend to keep everything bottled up
You want connection with others who “get it”
You are interested in personal growth and emotional wellness
You learn well through shared experiences and discussion
You want support in a lower-pressure or more affordable setting
You are looking for community-oriented mental health support
