At Encompass Behavioral Group, we believe community and connection are important parts of emotional wellness. In addition to individual therapy, we offer a variety of therapy groups, support groups, workshops, and wellness-focused programs designed to help individuals feel supported, understood, and less alone.

Our groups are designed to provide welcoming, respectful, and judgment-free spaces where participants can learn practical tools, build insight, strengthen coping skills, and connect with others in meaningful ways.

Some groups may be insurance-billable therapy groups, while others are private-pay educational, wellness, or community-based offerings.

In-Person & Virtual Options

Depending on the group, services may be offered:

  • In person at our Portland, Indiana office

  • Outdoors or in community-based settings

  • Virtually for clients located in Indiana or Ohio

We strive to create experiences that feel supportive, practical, welcoming, and accessible while respecting each participant’s comfort level and privacy.
